Here's a snippet found in a Base Guide for
Yokota. Note that even though FEN is now located on Yokota, this
piece was written while the studios were still located at South Camp
Drake.

Retired) for identifying the above as a picture circa 1968 of MSgt
Bill Miller, doing the morning show on FEN-Tokyo called "Burnt Toast
and Coffee Time." Dick notes: "Bud Widom, Production Director for
FEN, would burst unannounced into Bill's studio and do a character
named Sidney. Sidney sounded a lot like W.C. Fields. It made for an
exciting morning show."
